Who is Scarlet? Natassia Malthe (born 19 January 1974) is a Norwegian model and actress. The younger of two daughters, Malthe’s Norwegian father is a teacher and her Chinese-Malaysian mother is a retired nurse. The sexy model has been turning heads in fashion capitals across the globe in cities such as London, New York and Los Angeles and has donned some of the most amazing clothes provided by coveted designers including Dolce & Gabbana, Escada, Elie Saab, Julien McDonald and Roberto Cavalli.
